We do not in most cases require a contract other than the development contract which states what work is to be done, and is treated like a bill of sale. There is no time commitment in most instances (unless financing).

When do you require payment?
NC Web Developers requires that all "hard" fees, such as SSL Certificates and Domain Registration be paid up front. Development fees for your web site or other project are required upon completion.

How do you price your packages?
We have placed a rough pricing structure online for various Web sites. Please understanf that each Web site is unique, and the final price may be different than those listed for the package. The package pricing is designed to give a minimal cost for various types of sites.
Who owns the applications?
This answer depends on the individual products copyright. NC Web Developers, Inc. produced designs and applications are licensed to the client, in most cases without royalty rights, for as long as you are a client of NC Web Developers, Inc. Please feel free to ask what the terms of licensing are for your situation.
